Every clients journey is unique and deserves an individualized, achievable and retainable action plan with the right therapist to support them through it.
I am a Psychotherapist who is passionate about meeting the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to build an honest and empathetic connection while assisting my client in creating their treatment plan and provide them the skills to meet their goals.
Therapy sessions will be client based, goal oriented, engaging, supportive and incorporate techniques to assist with their specific issues.
My therapeutic approach is to create a genuine connection with the client, assist in creating healthy boundaries, provide coping skills, techniques and strategies that will increase their confidence to make the necessary changes they need to be authentically themselves.
